I always enjoy your artistic observations in your blog so I am very glad you liked the video.

Jo - I was also taken with Amalie's beauty and eyes. The first time I viewed the video - it was her portrait that jumped out at me and made me research her story. She also reminds me (just a bit)of Julia Roberts - perhaps around the mouth.Paula Sladehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02923061193682673368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7018365691678419057.post-74970197988426720592010-07-22T15:28:46.935-04:002010-07-22T15:28:46.935-04:00Amalie is hauntingly beautiful. It has made her more beautiful.

I can't open the video here at work, but I can hardly wait to open it when I get home...!Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03382221688268676914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7018365691678419057.post-2857164006057867182010-07-21T23:51:00.619-04:002010-07-21T23:51:00.619-04:00Watched it a couple of times. The reason, I think, is the convention that dictated young girls were to be shown as pensive and pious. A direct stare, a laughing countenance, or a sly smile were all highly improper. Perhaps that's why the Mona Lisa was so radical and liberating. Anyway, I liked it.TallTchrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05552334653035259673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7018365691678419057.post-9196165988377084092010-07-21T21:29:42.600-04:002010-07-21T21:29:42.600-04:00Lee - It is pretty amazing what can be done with c...Lee - It is pretty amazing what can be done with computers these days!Paula Sladehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02923061193682673368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7018365691678419057.post-30154319947978535892010-07-20T01:38:46.460-04:002010-07-20T01:38:46.460-04:00Very cool, but just a bit freaky to watch as well....Very cool, but just a bit freaky to watch as well.
